Aelflead changes, again

[i]it appears that Aelflead has another alteration to undergo...she grows she learns of herself as a wife, and not "just a slave"...she finds herself with slaves waiting on them in Their chamber...and puts up with them helping her dress and move.
what now she finds, is she must learn somehow how to be a spy....how to share those things with her Lord, the Duke who pays her wages now..

how does a woman who grew up with root veg and gardens and no floor in her house, learn to spy on her "betters"
